Welcome to Emory University! Thank you for taking time to visit our website and learn more about the Office of LGBT Life. We hope the resources we describe here give you some insight about what it is like to be LGBTQ at Emory.
With the founding of the Office of LGBT Life in 1991, Emory University continues to be a leader in the Southeast, and in the country, when it comes to LGBT student access, equity, and inclusion. From Emory’s participation in Atlanta’s Annual Pride Festival and Parade to research by the faculty of the Studies in Sexualities Department to the establishment of leadership funds for queer students, Emory University has been and continues to be on the forefront of providing an inclusive campus environment that is both progressive and accessible to all students.
Please take some time to further explore our website and learn more about both the Office of LGBT Life and Emory University. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact a staff member of the Office. We hope to hear from you soon.
